Right To Know Requests
These are the things that we have obtained through Right To Know Requests.
I submitted a very simple request for any and all emails from our Zoning Officer, Rich Myers, regarding this project trying to understand why this was never reviewed by the Zoning Board. Buckingham DENIED this request.
We have obtained the letter sent to Buckingham Township from Plumstead Township regarding the concerns of Plumstead residents.
We have obtained the full set of revised plans and documents. In this folder you can find the following: Full plan set, traffic study, cut and fill report, stormwater report, Bucks County Waiver response, developer response to the Township's waiver letter, and more. If more documents come in, they will be added here.
